According to 2 Chronicles 29:2, “he did what was right in the eyes of the Lord, according to all that David his father had done.” Isaiah 38 says Hezekiah’s prayer when facing death from a disease caused the Lord to change his mind concerning him and order Isaiah the prophet to pronounce healing.
