The United States plans to move its embassy in Israel to Jerusalem on May 14, Steven Goldstein, undersecretary of State for public diplomacy said Friday. The date coincides with when Israel proclaimed independence in 1948. The embassy will be located in a building that houses the U.S. Consulate General Jerusalem, in the Arnona neighborhood of the city, according a State Department statement. Consular operations will continue there, and U.S. ambassador to Israel, David Friedman, will work there with a small staff. A new embassy annex will open by the end of 2019 with more space for the ambassador and his team, while planning and construction for a permanent embassy in Jerusalem proceed, the statement said. In gratitude to US President Donald Trump for recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Jerusalem, the nascent Sanhedrin and the Mikdash (Temple) Educational Center are minting a replica of the silver half-shekel Biblically mandated to be donated by every Jewish male to the Temple. “Gratitude is an important and holy trait,” Rabbi Hillel Weiss, spokesman of the nascent Sanhedrin told Breaking Israel News. “He did a great and historical deed that the Jewish People are grateful for.” (READ MORE)
While commenting on President Donald Trump’s very public support for Christianity, as well as the frequent Bible studies and prayer gatherings held at the White House, evangelical Pastor Paul Begley said first lady Melania Trump demanded that the White House be spiritually cleansed and that pagan, demonic items and artificats from the Obama and Clinton years be removed. Melania Trump reportedly said, “I’m not going to go into that White House unless it has been completely exorcised,” according to Pastor Begley. One thing was left, a cross on the wall. “They cleansed the White House,” he said. “They had people in there anointing it with oil and praying everywhere.” (READ MORE)
Evangelist Billy Graham has cautioned Christians against buying objects that claim to possess “spiritual healing” powers, as such items — no matter how innocent they seem — are “demonic” and “opposed to God.” The 99-year-old founder of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association answered a reader’s question on his website regarding whether or not “lucky charms” actually affect the wellbeing of users. The reader wrote: “I have bad arthritis, and I saw an ad in one of those supermarket papers for a gold-plated charm that they say will heal me. The ad says it’s been prayed over by a spiritual healer, and has special magical healing powers. Should I send for it? It’s kind of expensive.” The evangelist noted that the Bible tells us to avoid any object that claims to have magical powers or is connected with someone who claims to have magical powers. “At best, such things will only make us poorer; at worst, they may bring us into contact with spiritual powers that are not from God but are demonic and opposed to God,” he warned. “When the magicians in Ephesus turned to Christ, they immediately repented of their magical practices and destroyed their magical charms (see Acts 19:19).” (READ MORE)
The United States is working against the interests of Turkey, Iran and maybe Russia in northern Syria, where it is sending in military supplies to an area controlled by Kurdish-dominated forces, President Tayyip Erdogan said on Tuesday. “If the United States says they are sending 5,000 trucks and 2,000 cargo planes of weapons for the fight against the Islamic State, we don’t believe this,” Erdogan told members of his ruling AK Party in parliament. It means you have calculations against Turkey and Iran, and maybe Russia,” he said, repeating a call for U.S. troops to withdraw from the Syrian town of Manbij. (READ MORE)
Now that we know what the declassified House memo says about government misconduct, we also know what it means: The Washington swamp — the deep state — is bigger, more vicious and more dangerous to American liberty than even a cynic could have imagined. Because of the memo and previous revelations, we know that swamp creatures are embedded in the top of the FBI and the Department of Justice. Some used their power to try to tip a presidential campaign based on their personal politics. They conducted a sham investigation of the Democratic candidate and misled federal judges to spy on at least one associate of her Republican challenger. (READ MORE)
Meanwhile, the recent report of a “secret society” within the Department of Justice and the FBI, says Knight, sounds like the old Soviet Russia. “In Russia, the KGB was a secret society unto itself, and it went after political opponents – but it also went after the Russian people,” he explains. “This so-called ‘secret society’ that seems to have emerged via emails disclosed about FBI people shows that it is aimed at bringing down the Trump administration. It’s got a singular focus which is to destroy the Trump presidency.” In a current column, Knight states that the mention of a “secret society” within the FBI – resisting a new administration “at every turn” – explains why Americans who live outside of Washington, DC, are “paranoid about the Deep State.” (READ MORE)
I’ve always been fascinated by prophets. I believed some but others I thought ridiculous. Now, Trump seems to have a prophet who is really believable and worth watching. In 2011 a retired firefighter named Mark Taylor made a prediction saying God spoke to him and said a businessman will come on the scene and become president and that God will protect him. But that’s not all Taylor accurately predicted, and now, according to Patheos.com, Taylor also stated that two ex-Presidents will soon die instantly and three will be “shaken”. “The Bible says, ‘Do not touch my anointed, but especially my prophets,’” he continued. “These guys have now touched God’s anointed, Donald Trump. They used it as a platform to go in there and attack.” Could that be Bush Sr. who is 93 and attacked Trump and Jimmy Carter who is also pretty elderly and had brain surgery and also attacked Trump? ORLANDO, Fla.—President Donald Trump was swarmed by international media, dignitaries and fans upon his arrival at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, over the weekend. And when one delegate asked the president to sign a copy of the new, best-selling book “God and Donald Trump” by Stephen E. Strang, Trump not only obliged but held up the book for all to see.
The image and video was tweeted and re-tweeted, and showed that Trump engages with people and is a major player on the world’s economic stage.
Strang, founder of Charisma House, which published the book, said the attention for the book was unexpected but appreciated.
“All of us at Charisma are thrilled and thankful for the attention the president brought to “God and Donald Trump” Strang said. “But the bigger picture is that President Trump continues to embrace his evangelical supporters and remains on board with the issues that are important to the faithful. This is in addition to being a respected influencer on the economic stage for his extensive and successful business background. Those who are realistic about the progress of this country will not deny Donald Trump’s hand in furthering the issues that are important to Christians, such as the protection of religious liberties and the defense of life. Real and tangible evidence of a growing economy under this president’s leadership is seen every day in the financial headlines as well.”
According to the Washington Post, which made mention of the presence of the book at the forum, Trump is the first U.S. president to attend the World Economic Forum since Bill Clinton in 2000.
Politico extensively covered “God and Donald Trump” after its headline-making appearance in Davos, noting that Strang met with Trump briefly on the campaign for the biography and attempts to explain evangelical fervor for Trump.
Strang is an award-winning journalist and successful businessman who began his career as a newspaper reporter at the Orlando Sentinel. He later founded a Christian publishing house and media company while interviewing and writing about nearly every Christian leader in the country over the past four decades.

A Florida man who prophesied in 2011 that Donald Trump would become president, as well as multiple things that would happen after the businessman took office, says one thing remains to come to pass from the original revelation he felt God gave him: the mainstream media would come to side with Trump. Mark Taylor, known as the “fireman prophet,” recently recounted to CBN News anchor Wendy Griffith how he wrote down what the Lord showed him minutes after seeing Trump interviewed on television in April 2011. Taylor then shared it with friends, including New York Times bestselling author Mary Colbert, who then shared it with some of the most prominent Christian leaders in the country. (READ MORE)
