Joe Horn and Daniel Belt present a two-part special program on what is called “Long Covid” and what can be done to avoid and/or cleanse the body of this malady. The World Health Organization defines long Covid as symptoms that start (usually) within three months of having Covid, last for at least two months but can last for years, and can’t be explained by another condition. Symptoms can fluctuate or relapse over time. The most commonly reported long Covid symptoms are: fatigue, difficulty concentrating, breathlessness or shortness of breath, and muscle aches.
