Something changed after October 7, 2023. Hostility toward Israel and the Jewish people surged around the world. Even within the Church, long-held beliefs about Israel, Zionism, and God’s promises to the Jewish people are increasingly being challenged. But is what we’re witnessing merely political—or could something much bigger be unfolding? In this special episode of SkyWatchTV, Joe Horn is joined in studio by Ran Silberman, a Jewish follower of Jesus, Bible teacher, and certified Israeli tour guide who has traveled all the way from Israel to offer a perspective few Americans ever get to hear firsthand. Growing up along Israel’s northern border, Ran has lived with the reality of attacks from Israel’s enemies. Today, he says Israelis are experiencing another dramatic change: a world that increasingly seems to be turning against them. But this conversation goes somewhere even deeper. What if the modern restoration of Israel isn’t simply a geopolitical event? What if passages written by the biblical prophets thousands of years ago have something to say about what we’re witnessing today? Are we watching Bible prophecy unfold right before our eyes?
